September's End

Well, Jen's still pregnant! No little number 2 yet; but its getting close... We had a false alarm this week while we were out on a date at Barnes & Nobles! It turned out to be something Jen had eaten apparently :) The due date is not until October 13, but Jen is considered full term now and the way she feels is that the little guy is coming any day. (Father's Note: These seem like the longest weeks of a family's life because you are hoping and hoping that the baby will come but the little one seems in no rush to leave his snuggly home...)

The top picture is from a little Sunday drive we did last week through New Hampshire. Some of the trees were in full glory already! There is nothing like fall in New England. We will have to try to snap some pictures this week to include you in the fun. The restraunt is Craker Barrel, a southern brunch extravaganza! I had been trying to get the family to Cracker Barrel for about 6 months and it finally happened! AHH...

These pictures are from an excursion to Patton Park with the boys this morning. Mom has been needing lots of rest these days so the fellas have been getting some quality 'water and mud' time.

After our little scare this week the place is suddenly ready for the second little one to arrive! The house is spotless, the storage is full, the space is clear and now all we need is a little peanut to fill the void! Maybe next time we blog we will have some news to share!....

This blogging this is so nice =) Jen... how are you feeling?? How are you looking?? Let's get some more massive belly shots on the web ;)

I had a lovely day. My first free day in a while, and the weather was great!. I slept in, went to a local organic market with my neighbor, cooked a delicious dinner, and then Mark and I had two friends over for dinner and a games (Yahtzee and Settlers)(I won Settlers). Praise the Lord for restful days.

I love you guys,

Rachel
