What a joyous time in the Lemons' family! Of course we continued to celebrate Josiah's second birthday for the second week as you can see in the picture above. Papa (Cam's grandpa on the right) was in classic form ready to share in the delight. My favorite part of the day was when he shared how he climbed a two-story high organ pipe in delight after he received the Holy Spirit some sixty years ago. I wish I had his story telling on tape. He is such a performer!

The birthday party was a fire engine theme as you can see from Jenelle's impressive creation below. That fire engine cake was complete with ladder, sirens and windows. Josiah's favorite was the front windshield!

We had a great Memorial day BBQ with our friends Danny and Jen and some new friends Brandon and Laura (she is pregnant with her fourth- hopefully a girl this time! :). Oh how wonderful it is to be back in the land of Carne Asada and Guacamole!!!
Another exciting development was the return of Cam's brother Evan. He is home for the summer from Fresno State where he is studying Kinesiology. What a joy to be laughing together in person again. He has been a huge help with the boys and as a bonus he brought the Nintendo Wii and PS2 Guitar Hero with him! Always a blast.

Finally, last but not least....
Cameron has a job!! How exciting and a long time in coming. Cameron will be serving as
Pastor of Student Ministries at Mountain View Community Church in Temecula. You can check out the website at
www.mtvcc.org. Thank you all for you prayers and concerns. We have greatly appreciated it. I cannot wait to start serving with the wonderful staff at mvcc! They have a large growing student program (ages 5 to 25) and I am honored to be able to work to see these students grow in the Lord and be used as his agents of love in this world. I really feel like this is the perfect position for me at this time. I will be officially starting June 15th. At that time I will be meeting with the many different ministry leaders to learn how I can support their service and help introduce new ideas and opportunities. Because this blog filled up with other celebratory news I think I will save our testimony of how the Lord opened up this opportunity for us for later this week. Until then God Bless and keep in touch.
