"Please Ocean, Please"

This last week the Lemons Family was on holiday! Well actually, Cameron started his first week of work, and so had to commute each day, but Jen and the boys were able to stay with Cam's parents in cute little beach cottages in Oceanside. So every morning at 6am I (Jen) awoke to these two wide eyed boys, and to Josiah asking me (before anything else) "Please ocean, Please ocean!!"
The picts to the right are the boys doing their favorite beach activities: Jordan eating sand and Josiah romping naked (actually, rolling naked in the sand is his favorite but I didn't have a good picture of that). Our time included a few walks on the pier, many a sand fortresses built and all the peanut M&M's you could handle. Thanks again mom and dad for such a memorable week.
We had such a great week with Dede and Bebe and uncle Evan and Cameron (when he could come down)...and it was wonderful to get to have some visitors! Below is a picture of a dear friend of ours Brigitte and and new friend Jeb.
Thanks for making the trek- it was great to get to re-connect.

Also, we celebrated with our cousin Scott as he just GRADUATED Highschool! Way to go Scott- we are so proud of you!!! Below are Cameron's cousins from right to left Scott, Brian and Eric. It was a treat to have Brian and his family down from Oregon along with Eric.
Here's Cameron's Aunt Judy at Scott's graduation party (note Josiah in his favorite Superman costume).

We were able to celebrate Father's Day together (left) with Cameron's whole family at Joe's Crab Shack. What a great picture of the two fathers below!
And to top it all off (above), Grandpa Bebe took Josiah on a trian ride up the coast... can you see the shear delight in Josiah's face?!!
On another note- Cameron is in Fresno this week helping lead a trip for the junior high and high school youth at our church. They are working with World Changers to help build and repair homes. Please take a moment to join with me and say a prayer for their saftey, and that it would be a time of growth and real relationship building for both the youth and the staff.
I miss you Cameron and can't wait to see you this weekend!!
