While Cameron and Matt are making their trek across the country (they stayed in Little Rock with relatives last night), bringing our car to California, I took my own little journey with the boys: a 6 hour jaunt from Temecula (where we have been staying with Cameron's parents.. picture above) to Ventura (to visit my family). En route I was able to stop and see my dear friend Tricia (Picture below, although since our digital camera is traveling with Cameron I had to post an picture from a year ago) in Santa Monica. It was quite a treat for me since Tricia is residing in Atlanta where she goes to graduate school for public health. We had lunch (thanks for making it for us Trish!) and let Josiah run wild at a near by playground. Also, it is Tricia's Birthday this week on the 20th, so all of you who know and love Tricia (for to know Tricia is to love Tricia), make sure to wish her a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

First of all, you are the best bloggers ever!!! Wow, we have laughed, and cried reading and watching your blogg. We just got back from our Christmas in Florida. It was great! But, As soon as we got here we thought of you. We miss you so much. Jinelle I didn't get to thank you for the Christmas ornoment, I loved it. I will put it every Christmas. jen! i'm so pleased that you are having happy times in california. the top photo is so cute. is that jordan, or an old photo of josiah? how are you handling cam's absence? when does he return? what is matt up to these days?
things have been tough, especially on mark, but he's been more hopeful the past two days.
